All merchandise is custom-printed to order through Ninja POD. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Our Policy Overview

Because every item in our store is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

       Incorrect size selection

       Change of mind after purchase

       Ordering the wrong item

       Disliking the color or style after receiving

We strongly encourage you to review all product details, size charts, and color options carefully before placing your order.

When We WILL Make It Right

We stand behind the quality of our products. If any of the following occur, we will replace your item or issue a full refund:

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

1.    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at theaboveandbeyondpodcast@gmail.com

2.    Include your order number in the subject line

3.    Attach clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

4.    Describe the issue in detail so we can resolve it as quickly as possible

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved:

       Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

       Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

       Replacements will be reproduced and shipped within 5–7 business days of approval

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at theaboveandbeyondpodcast@gmail.com with your order number.

We cannot guarantee cancellations after the 24-hour window as your item may already be in production.
